I have an LC500 for a week, and the initial impressions are there’s a lot of LFA dna in it. The driving impression is pretty similar to the RC-F however. I’m glad Lexus is still building coupes, although who knows how long that’ll last.

Love it. They had a silver one parked in the ticket lobby for JetBlue in Boston last year. I was nearly late for my flight because I kept walking around it. Absolutely gorgeous.

Yep...I don’t go to the FP anymore and I’m not the target market. So most of my exposure is daily life. Lexus and Mercedes are as thick as Toyota and Honda around here, for the most part. But I’ve never seen one of these (even traveling around a lot lately — Atlanta, Knoxville, Chattanooga, etc)

Yep, ATL is all about their European cars. Except the only three Stingers I’ve seen so far were in a single day over there. I still think Kia carries a little too much stigma for that car, but it’ll fade away.

I was down there a month ago(for Import Alliance) and saw a brand new Fisker. Was kind of shocking actually. I was in Brookhaven though so there’s a good chunk of money there.

I saw one new Fisker here in Birmingham — it was a credit union repo. The guy bought it, refi’d with the credit union, made one payment, and that was it.

It sat in the credit union’s parking lot for three months until they could figure out what to do with it. Not your average auction car...

Yeah they make good stuff. I’ve been a patron since they only sold it on draft — we’d all line up to get our half gallon milk jugs filled at the 2-3 package stores who would do it (right after the ABV law changed in 2009).

You guys in TN still regulate high-grav beer and wine like liquor, right? Hard to find in grocery stores, no Sunday sales, etc? It always seems hard to find craft beers there at Publix or Kroger.

The law literally changed today(!!!) to allow us to buy Liquor on Sunday. High Gravity beer, 8%, and higher we have to buy at liquor stores and I don’t think breweries can make it. Kind of sad because I love Snakehandler at 10% 100 IBU.
